Cathleen Faerber, Managing Director, started The Wellesley Group, Inc., 20+ years ago as a boutique executive search firm dedicated to quality and timely search services to companies of all sizes and complexities. She has expertise in the fields of healthcare, manufacturing, financial/professional services, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products — to name a few. Because Cathleen works closely with her corporate clients and began her career in HR, she understands the complex challenges facing employers today. Cathleen is a graduate of DePaul University with a B.A. in Business.

Mark Sztelle, Senior Search Consultant, is a seasoned search executive having had a great deal of experience executing search engagements in a wide variety of industries. He started his career in the field of Finance and has an Undergraduate Degree in Finance/Economics from the University of Illinois. He held such positions as Controller, Vice President/Finance and Administration as well as Chief Operating Officer. Mark has worked in manufacturing as well as professional services.

Hillary Jacobsohn, Search Consultant, brings a wealth of experience to executive search, having started her career in the field of human resources. She transitioned into recruiting, having developed a specialty in talent acquisition with Deloitte and Altshculer, Melvoin & Glasser LLP. She is well versed in all aspects of search and has successfully applied her expertise in professional services to other industries. Hillary is a graduate of Ohio State University.

Beth Piff, Search Consultant, has extensive experience in all facets of search from development of target lists, name generation to candidate development and assessment. She has handled engagements in a wide variety of industries and functional areas. Beth is also well versed in diversity recruiting. She is a graduate of Augustana College with a B.A. in Communications.
